All of the amazing opportunities and activities that we provide to our young people happen because of the efforts our leaders. They are all unpaid volunteers, who also have jobs and families. They are all amazing people who work hard to contribute to the community. At the same time, they get to do many amazing things, while knowing they are making a real difference to young peoples lives.

But, we desperately need more leaders to keep 1st Crawley going with the same energy and drive that we have given for the past 11 years or so.

If you, or anyone you know can help us then please do get in touch. We can supply you with training and support but you will find you get so much out of helping the children. You also get to do a lot of crazy stuff that you might not ordinarily do.

We need more leaders in uniform but you can still help without that. Just have a chat with one of our leaders, it might just change your life!
